Is this Sphex ichneumoneus? - Sphex ichneumoneus - Female

Found one a week prior but it was mostly hidden. This was in same general area of White Rock lake, Sunset Bay on Southern Marsh Fleabane, mid morning. Can you tell gender? Will add a second view.
