Wasps with fungus? - Vespula vidua
Cross Plains, Dane County, Wisconsin, USA

Moved
Moved from Hornets and Yellowjackets. Do the other images show the same individual? I am certain of the ID for this one, but can't see enough for the other ones to offer an ID.

different individuals
No, these photos were of different individuals. But any other photos I have do not show enough detail for identification. The interest was more in the white material on these wasps. And I see that my question was answered on the first photo. Thanks! And the amount of Jewelweed growing along the streams this year has been tremendous.

Unlinked
Thanks, I have unlinked the images because only images of one and the same individual should be linked.
