Andrena female on Doellingeria umbellata - Andrena - female

Andrena female on Doellingeria umbellata - Andrena - Female
Lena Park, Starke County, Indiana, USA
August 26, 2017
A small bee heavily laden with pollen on Doellingeria umbellata, but it also visited an adjacent goldenrod (see third photo). Looks like an Andrena female to me. "Flora of the Chicago Region" (Wilhelm & Rericha) lists A. rubecula and A. placata as visiting Doellingeria umbellata, and to me it resembles A. placata (listed jointly here with A. simplex). I'm not sure the wings are dark enough to be A. rubecula. Wish the photos were better, but it's quite small.
