Unknown Clearwing Moth? - Carmenta pyralidiformis

Unknown Clearwing Moth? - Carmenta pyralidiformis
Norfolk, Virginia, USA
September 2, 2007
Size: ~12mm
Searched the Guide and the closest I could find was a Doll's Clearwing, but I know that is incorrect. It may not even be a Clearwing. Some other type of wasp mimic moth?

identification of moth
This small clearwing moth is likely Carmenta pyralidiformis based upon the location, date of photo, opaque forewing, and the appearance of just 2 yellow bands on the abdomen. The moth should have been associated with moist riparian areas where the host plant commonly called boneset grows (Eupatorium sp.).

Thank You
I captured this image near a marshy area as a matter of fact! Lots of different kinds of wildflowers around too.
