Answer To cool bug
It is a wheel bug. If you look, it has a little beak-like proboscis tucked under it's tiny head. It uses that proboscis to impale and liquefy any unfortunate insect it comes across. It is also one of the largest terrestrial True Bugs in North America!

How cool.. It arrived in my house via my son's neck...lol.. We carefully put it back in the garden. I noticed it had some motion similar to a praying mantis.. Really cool insect!
