Aderidae - Antlike Leaf Beetle? new one for me.

somehow forgot to measure the size, but certainly under 4mm

Thanks Jim, I think you got it. I wasn't sure I was seeing the deeply divided eye required for this genus, even after squinting under max power of my scope. But I'll post a picture shortly that seems to certainly show a big divide (same scope, different "eyeball" :)

Lightly marked Elonus nebulosus?
Aside from shape and markings, those large granulate eyes and the beefy antennomeres make me think so. Compare to lower right image.
