I noticed these round things, and gathered them together with the larva. Later, Jack Schuster told me that they were eggs at different stages of maturity, the greener ones are riper. I was very pleased with this find. Given their size I now believe that the larva is a first instar

They certainly look smaller, and kind of transparent, compared to
these, which look like a last instar to me.
