Unknown Fly from Tennessee - Proceroplatus elegans
Fentress County, Tennessee, USA

A very small fly that came to a black light. Only a few mm long. Sticking it's rear legs up like this seemed to be a resting position. Also on iNaturalist: http://www.inaturalist.org/observations/7785589.
