10428 - Dargida procincta
Shown on MPG West Plate 56a. Took a while to find it, too :-) Nice photo. Lynette was right to compare it with the Feltias. But out west there are several other genera with numerous similar species (Feltia, Euxoa). As it turns out it is a member of a relatively small genus.
