black legged medow katydid? - Orchelimum nigripes - Female

Size: about 2 inches long
Is this a black legged medow katydid?
I thought so untill I noticed that in other pictures of it the black on there legs continues past the leg joint closer to the body, but in mine the black stops at the joint.
Any Ideas?
