Common moth of fields - Timandra amaturaria - Female
Lancaster, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA
September 8, 2017
These seem really common around here in old field and grassy areas. My googlefu is failing me though and I can't seem to find an ID.

They seem to pump their wings for a while after they land.
