Pronotal crest in this specimen is barely evident, among other details that clearly rule out Dissosteira. This specimen is indeed a bandwinged grasshopper of some sort. Knowing the color of the hindwings (visible in flight) would be very helpful here. This is probably Trimerotropis maritima, and I'm moving it there for now.
