Wasp ? - Coelioxys - Female

Size: 1/2 "
I see this Wasp around quite a bit , but he swift and cautious . I am pretty sure it is a Wasp , but what kind ? It was enjoying the pollen from the Indian blanketflower . Thanks for any help , Beth
