Assassin Bug - Pselliopus barberi

Assassin Bug - Pselliopus barberi
Adams County, Pennsylvania, USA
September 8, 2007
Size: 1/2 inch
Anyone know if this might be a Leaf Footed Bug Nymph? Or what is it?

I moved to Pselliopus barberi unless someone corrects the ID.

Moved
Moved from Pselliopus.

Pselliopus, as Richard alread
Pselliopus, as Richard already noted, but wanted to add that this is not a nymph. The wings are fully formed.

Assassin Bug
Looks like an adult Pselliopus assassin bug.

See here for guide page: http://bugguide.net/node/view/3792

Richard and Stephen....
Thank you both for your response and comments on this beautiful bug. Would I be safe calling it Pselliopus barberi? It seems to match very well witht the other photos in the guide. I have seen many assassin bugs but this is the first of this species for me.

Thanks again,
