Not sure what this is, but it does look different from other miners on Wisteria--not sure if it is occupied--I'd bet not.

It might be something like a Caloptilia, so it would be interesting to see if you find any leaf cones.

Looks like the beginnings of a gracillariid mine
None are known from Wisteria.

 
I found no others nearby, but
I found no others nearby, but I will look around for more. I have never found anything like it before, and I have spent a decent amount of time looking at native Wisteria.
