Tiny red moth - Apache degeeri

Tiny red moth - Apache degeeri
Maplesville, Chilton County, Alabama, USA
September 18, 2017
Size: About 1 cm L, 6-8 mm WS
This was a tiny shiny moth that had dark red veins in his wings. Between the veins there were dark dots. He had big black eyes and his head reminded me of a rooster. His legs were light gray. I have posted two shots, one from above and one from the side.

Apache degeeri
That appears to be a match. Apparently his scientific name was changed from Otiocerus degeeri to Apache degeeri and I found no common name. Thank you!
