Silphidae
It appears to be a Carrion Beetle, Family Silphidae.

I believe it is a Northern Carrion Beetle, Thanatophilus lapponicus, but would prefer confirmation.

If possible, always try for a dorsal shot of beetles, it makes the ID much easier.
