Banded Hickory Borer - Knulliana cincta
Hwy 55 and Sedwick, Durham County, North Carolina, USA
April 4, 2005
Size: 25 mm
Found on a lighted wall at 11:00 p.m. and relocated to a sidewalk for photography. Body length (25 mm) was measured by photographing adjacent to a scale. Each antenna is about 30 mm if held in a straight line.
