I was happy to see these little guys and to find out what was going to hatch from the long plastic like egg strips that were on the side of my house . They look similar to the Leaf-leg bug babies , buttheir black legs and green bottom are new to me . Do they change colors after each molt as they grow up ? I thought that I would get to watch them grow up , but to my amazement the next day they had journeyed away from where they had hatched and were nowhere to be found . They seemed to follow one another like cattle , but I thought that they would return to the place of birth by nightfall . Any help in their identification will help better my knowledge of this vast and interesting bug world . Thanks , sincerely Beth
