Leafhopper. Please help with ID.

Draeculacephala antica
This yellow form appears in the southern USA in seasons when the grasses dry up, usually in winter but also during midsummer. I guess early Sept. is still dry summer for you guys?

The small size (6 mm) and long, sharply pointed head without markings indicate the species.
