Size: 1/2 inch or so
Finally got to see a wasp mimic fly! woo... that's something to cross of my goal list... (mole cricket's at the top)... anyways... this was on some roses... any ideas?

Not sure but
see what you think of Pseudodorus clavatus as a possible match.
