Unknown bee - Hesperapis - female

Unknown bee - Hesperapis - Female
Mountain Home, Idaho, USA
August 25, 2015
Size: Approximately 1 cm long
Two submarginal cells, basal vein only gently arcuate. Pygidial plate is large and smooth.

Collected in a yellow Japanese beetle trap at a site 2 years post-fire.

Initially thought it was an Andrena, or possibly a Hesperapis. I have not identified any Melittidae bees, however.
