Thanks. The long legs on this wasp reminded me of a spider wasp but the coloration was quite different from what I've seen on the other spider wasps around here.

 
Ceropales.
Ceropales is a genus of kleptoparasites on 'other' spider wasps, which is one reason they look 'different.' The female will follow another spider wasp that has taken prey, and look for an opportunity to lay her egg on the spider herself.
