Picnic Beetle - Glischrochilus fasciatus

Size: 6 mm
I put a rotten apple in our backyard to see what kind of visitors it would attract. With warm weather out, I was quite surprised today to find a pair of Picnic beetles tunneling through the pulp. I've actually shot this species in my yard before (1)
