Lacewing
I am pretty sure it is a variety of
Green Lacewing
, and (though none are identified yet) it looks to be a species yet added to the guide. Very cool coloration...

Lacewing ?
There are some things about the wing veins that might not agree with Green Lacewing. Some forked costal crossveins and the overall arrangement of the main veins is puzzeling. Could have something special here (or maybe not).

Chrysopidae
I think this is a chrysopid. Some of the marginal veins are forked, but the relevant ones for ID as Chrysopidae are along the leading edge of the wing, and those do not appear to be forked. Compare the venation to
this image
for example - it looks to be the same to me.

most likely
Chrysopidae is most likely correct. Would you have any info on what a recurved humeral vein would look like? This is one of those "I read it, but really need to see it" characteristics.

Humeral vein
Is that recurved or recurrent? The key in Borror, Triplehorn and Johnson
(
1
)
mentions a recurrent humeral vein in the Neuroptera key, but I'm pretty sure this specimen doesn't have one - I think it would appear as a short vein at the base of wing, between the leading edge and the subcostal vein, at an acute angle to the wing edge. I don't know what a recurved humeral vein would look like.

recurvent vein
Thanks for the input. It seems that recurved and recurrent are the same thing as far as the h vein is concerned. Another detail to consider when bug shooting.
