I've looked through a lot of pictures but can't seem to find this bug.

Albuna pyramidalis male
Your specimen is an heavily worn out Albuna pyramidalis male.

Clearwing moth -Synathedon
But kind of hard to say which one exactly because the one you have photographed appears to have a great deal of wear.-nina

Check clearwing moths
here in guide. Yours looks like a very worn specimen, but Synanthedon bibionipennis (below) looks like a possible match to me.
