Hapithus.
This is the 'restless bush cricket,' Hapithus agitator. Female, as not modifications to the wings are evident...."Pollen" could be fungal spores? In any event, I doubt it was intentional dispersal:-)

 
Well...
I found it inside a flower... so naturally assumed it was pollen or something to that effect. Thanks for the ID.
