Dymasia dymas
Hi, Looks like the Tiny instead of the Elada Checkerspot to me. The whitish spots near the front margin of the front wings is characteristic (I don't think I've seen that on elada. Pattern on abdomen looks more typical of D. dymas as well. Never could figure out why these get their own genera. I'd just put them both in Microtia, they are all so closely related. Saw lots of both Tiny and Elada Checkerspots together in s. Arizona (Brown Canyon) in July.

I am still torn on this one.
I am still torn on this one. When I look at the barring, it looks different on the wings. I don't know..maybe someone else will chime in.

I will go home and check it out again. I think some butterfly folks told me this was the Elada...but I will check.
