definitely Euphoria sp., only 4 Stephanucha - and its not any of those. I'd say this is E. sepulcralis rufina.

there is another genus in AZ that looks similar, Stephanucha. That one has little teeth on the clypeus, which I can't see on this photo

Maybe a Dark Flower Scarab (Euphoria sepulcralis)? Doesnt look like a good match though...close. You have the greatest insects in Arizona!

I think Stephanucha is correct, though I thought Euphoria at first, also, from specimens I've collected....
