Echmepteryx hageni
Another good find and ID. Since you found it in New Hampshire this would be Echmepteryx hageni; Family Lepidopsocidae. It is the only Echmepteryx in the North East. What an unusually looking Psocoptera, if it did not have a head I would think it a micro moth.
