Is this another Dung fly. - Scathophaga

Is this another Dung fly. - Scathophaga
Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
April 9, 2005
Size: 1/4"
This is another small fly that was hovering around on a cold day. Could be another of the flies that I posted earlier. ID would be welcome, thanks.

Moved
Moved from Muscoidea.

Moved
Moved from Calyptratae.

Hmm
I cannot be certain at all about this one. Several details are not visible because of its posture. It mostly reminds me of some Scathophagidae, but not the ones that are found on dung but rather the ones that feed on vegetable matter.

Fly ID
Thanks Paul. I have another image that I assume is the same fly so I will post it in the ID Request.
