Toxophorinae ??

This is the scene as I found it today. The pupal case is visible protruding from a hole in the stucco at the lower right of the photo. I am thinking maybe this is a bee fly of some sort whose momma parasitized a developing egg/larva that was embedded in the hole - or something. Sounds good to me...
