Lunch has a face - Phymata - Male Female

Size: 10-15mm
A small writhing mass on a goldenrod stem looked to be two ambush bugs mating while one ate a wasp. Any more specific ID, of the couple or their meal, is appreciated. I'm uploading four views of the mass.
