Marsh Meadow Grasshopper? - Chorthippus curtipennis - Male

Size: Abt. 2.5 cm
This grasshopper would not give me a clear view to photograph it.  This is the best I could do before it eluded me.  It looks to be the same as another grasshopper that I photographed in early September:
