Orb weaver / long jawed ?

Orb weaver / long jawed ?
Livermore / Sycamore grove park, Alameda County, California, USA
September 22, 2007
Size: body 1 cm
I found this fellow lounging on a limb stretched out straight and thought that it was a stick bug . When it got scared it walked gangly acrost the branch and kept stretching out to blend in with the brown branch , probably hoping that I would leave him alone . Just this spider's slender body alone is 1 cm . When it is lounging stretched out it measures 1 1/2 " from the tip of the front legs to the back . Is this a long jawed Orb weaver ? Thanks for any comments , Beth
