Tachinid fly? - Ptilodexia

Tachinid fly? - Ptilodexia
Trenton, Wayne County, Michigan, USA
September 22, 2007
This fly looks a little like a flesh fly, or perhaps a tachinid in the genus Zelia...but the really wavy wing veins don't look right for either. Can any fly expert point me in the right direction?
