Looks like it might be Culicidae, subfamily Toxorhynchitinae.

 
Wow!
Now let me get this straight...this mosquito, in it's larval stage, feeds on other mosquito larvae! Its beauty is more than just exoskeleton deep :^). I'm glad that neither sex bites humans, because it is huge, hence the name 'Elephant Mosquito'. I looked at all of the images and it matches your ID, and it looks like it is a male.
