Mumetopia occipitalis
Yes, this is Mumetopia occipitalis, a very widespread species in the Anthomyzidae.

Mumetopia likely
Definitely an anthomyzid, and very likely Mumetopia (can't see the number of orbital bristles, which separates this genus from others).
