Fly ID Request - Toxomerus politus

Is this Toxomerus politus (for the complete set living in my area?) It is conspicuously more robust than other similar flies I've encountered.

Looks right
Judging by the markings on the abdomen, it sure looks like T. Politus to me, but mine is not an expert opinion.
