yes, parasitic -- but...
...no 2-mm hymenopteran has such rich venation -- the posted size is not believable. And: why the color differs so much between the two photos? do they really show the same individual?

this image was done under a scanner (less direct light) and the specimen was freshly dead. The other image was done on the mounted/dry specimen under a dissecting scope with strong light from above. They are the same specimen. Size has been edited.

I'd need a good side view and a wing image to be sure. Certainly that superfamily.
