A pair of bee flies that appears to be in the genus Villa... is this correct?

These appear to be Exoprosopa fasciata.

Villa? Unsure here.
Wing veins look a bit different. Suggestion: If you don't get an ID here, move your post to Bee Flies, so it will be IDed to genus with others. The system works well.
