Grass-carrier.
These images are of Isodontia auripes. Orange legs are distinctive, though Sphex nudus has nearly identical coloration. But, Isodontia usually rest with wings splayed like this. Sphex rest with wings flat over their back.

I thought it reminded me of an Isodontia but not the one I usually find. I wondered about the leg colour.
