Dragonfly 1 - Crocothemis servilia
Riverbend Park, Jupiter, Fl., Palm Beach County, Florida, USA

Size: About 2"
I took this picture about noon. I was in riverbend park which is next to the Loxahatchee River. This little one was quite happy to pose for me. I have been to the park several times and have not seen another one like it. Any clues?

Dragonfly 1
I believe this is a Scarlet Skimmer, Crocothemis servilia,male, found only in souther Florida.
