Red-winged damselfly - Hetaerina americana
Alabaster Caverns State Park, Woodward County, Oklahoma, USA
October 6, 2007
Size: 2 inches
These damselflies were common in both this park and at Boiling Springs State Park, especially near water sources. This picture was taken in the morning near a creek.
