Cedar bark-like moth - Sphinx kalmiae
Cascade River State Park, Cook County, Minnesota, USA
June 25, 2007
Size: 1.5 inches
Size an estimation, could have been a little bit larger. Appearance very much like the bark of the white cedars. Possibly attracted to lights on the building. Seen in the early morning.
