Phidippus princeps, female or sub-adult male, maybe?

Yes...
this is a P. princeps. It appears that it may have swolen or bulbous palps, which would mean that it's a sub-adult male. However, I'm not sure from this angle. Comparing this to Jay Barnes' male P. princeps images, this specimen is very similar to his male two stages from adulthood.

P. princeps
Thanks Don. I agree with it being comparable to Jay's sub-adult male image. Looking closer at mine, it appears to have some orange scales around the eyes, too. Is this a trait that can be used as an indicator of males in the Salticid family? Seems it in some of the genera, anyway. Thanks again for the info.
