Guess which beetle family - Nycteus testaceus

Size: about 4.5 mm
That's a springtail sticking out from underneath the larva. All the water droplets are the result of my spraying a fine mist above the light arena that settled into the deli container. I do that periodically when working with subjects that I think need a high humidity.
