Graphopsocus cruciatus
While I have not had the pleasure of finding one of these alive (yet) I would say that the wing markings and vein patterns make this Graphopsocus cruciatus; Family Stenopsocidaeon.

The species is unlike most other Psocoptera in North America...five dark black marks in the first half of the wing and a light beige "F" mark in the second half of the wing. I am keen to try and find this in Ontario. It was introduced from Europe or Asia in the 1930 to both east and west coasts and is now slowly moving inland. I would think this is a species that Donald Chandler may like this one for his collection.

for that note. I am now finally using Bugguide to clean out the species that Tom has photographed - I recognize many of them from previous collections. They are so easy to recognize from photographs, but the keys to families are so painful.
