Tough to tell...
looks interesting, in any case. It's a pompiline, not sure if it's Anoplius, but that looks like a good candidate.

 
After another look...
I think this may be an Evagetes because of the short antennae and bluish coloration. It also looks to have a fairly strong tarsal comb.
