Aporinellus.
Aporinellus is the more likely suspect. Small (almost tiny) size and contrasting black and silver abdominal bands are pretty diagnostic, though the hind femur conveniently obstructs the one detail that would clinch it: a conical tooth on the lateral margin of the propodeum....(sigh).

Looks like...
A. taeniolatus. I'm not sure if any other Aporinellus has reddish coloration on the legs.
